Facility operations at WSU will hold a “Single Stream” recycling program at the public station on Dairy Road, Pullman, Wash., beginning Feb. 25. The test pilot differs in that the majority of recyclables can be placed into one mixed container. The purpose of the program is to decrease costs and increase WSU’s economic sustainability.
